Since spring Mr. Karsten Klinck took over the reins of the kitchen in the Carlton.
The native German came to Zurich in 2008 and worked as Sous Chef for Heiko Niederer at the Dolder Grand Hotel and as chef at the Romantik Hotel Florhof. Karsten Klinck attaches great importance to regional and seasonal products from certified companies. His dishes are creatively prepared and refined, light and modern and exude a touch of internationality.
